Purpose: The capital reserve is to fund and plan for the inevitable repair and replacement costs in the common areas of our community.

As you can see from the above graph we have made the reserve fund a major priority and have really built up a robust reserve fund in the last few years - yet we have halved our annual dues since 2006.
